1. Shipping Carriers & Fees



We ship via USPS Priority, UPS Ground, USPS Priority to Canada, and UPS Next Day Air. Your shipping time and shipping costs will depend on which shipping method you choose. *Please note that UPS Next Day Air orders will ship the same day, provided that the orders are received by 11:00 am PST.

*Canadian Customers, please be aware that you will be charged for additional landing costs- ie. 5% GST tax and Canadian Post brokerage fee at the time of delivery.



Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping will either be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations.

• Online Package Tracking is not available for orders shipped via USPS Priority.

• Double-check your shipping details! You will be charged the UPS fee of $6.00 for each incorrectly addressed package.

Sales Tax

California customers are required to pay a 8.75% Sales Tax

4. Returns and Exchanges



Our products follow high workmanship standards and are quality-inspected. However, if you are not entirely happy, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in it's original condition and packaging and postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please include reason for return and a copy of the receipt. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Upon inspection of defective product, we will make an exchange & cover the cost of shipping. For any unfortunate damages incurred during shipping, please see Damaged Items.

2. We highly recommend that you send your exchange via UPS Ground or insured Parcel Post (things do get lost in the mail). All exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Upon receipt, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process and ship your exchange packages. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt as well as information regarding your exchange request.

Damaged Items

When you receive your order, please inspect the carton carefully as damage may have occurred during shipping. Although, it is altogether normal for the exterior carton to show some wear, if there is any damage to the product itself, please email us at customerservice@FLoggDAILY.com. We will take the issue directly to the carrier who delivered your product.

Please include your order number, email address, and phone number in the email. You will need to retain the box, all packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.



5. Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items



If the item you choose is temporarily out-of-stock, we will notify you via email and supply you with the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items will be shipped according to the original shipping method you selected as soon as they are available.

If your order contains a combination of available and backordered items, we will ship the available item(s) immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Please note the following:

• No additional shipping charges will be added for the shipment of backordered item(s).

• You will not be charged for any backordered item until it is shipped.

• If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please email us at customerservice@FLoggDAILY.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
