"I purchased the FLogg a few months ago when my coworker told me about it. I am already pretty aware of what I eat because I trained with a personal trainer for 3 years. However, when my finances could no longer afford the trainer, I started gaining weight. I gained weight for about 9 months. When I discovered the FLogg, I was so upset with the way that my body had regressed and I was determined to lose the weight. The fact that my best friend's wedding was coming up in November played a huge role in my determination. At this point, I couldn't fit into my bridesmaid's dress. I was devastated and I now had a goal.

So I started Flogging. I FLogged to make sure that I was going to the gym, I FLogged to make sure that I was eating all the nutrients my body needed, I FLogged because I loved writing in that journal. I loved knowing that I was being proactive in my weight loss. To me, FLogging didn’t open my eyes to anything new- it kept me on track. And on some days, I would put my workouts in my FLogg before I even got to the gym. That way I didn't cheat on my workouts and try to cut it short.

To me, the FLogg wasn't something that gave me any sort of diet epiphany. It was an accountability system. When I no longer had the personal trainer to tell me what to do, I now had a FLogg.
